From the initial contact with Chrissie who identified my needs, to the placement of the staff – Elle, Lissie and Ryan, the service was excellent! Friendly but professional with lots of initiative thrown in!! The manager at Thirsk on Saturday has just been to see me. He wanted to let me know that the staff he worked with on Saturday were some of the best agency staff he has ever worked with and could I pass his comments on to you!!
